Our commitment
CiteScreen is committed to making its website and application usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and keyboard-only navigation.
Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act guidance and by most procurement requirements.
Measures in place
The site is built with semantic HTML landmarks and headings, works with a keyboard alone, keeps text contrast at or above the WCAG minimums, provides text alternatives for meaningful images, labels every form field, and honors the reduced-motion preference set in your operating system. We test with automated tooling (axe) and review changes against these standards before they ship.
Feedback
If you encounter a barrier anywhere on CiteScreen, please email support@citescreen.com and include the page address and a short description of the problem. We will respond within five business days and prioritize a fix.
